Shipping policy

Once you place your order, you are officially a Brondie Member! Then you will receive your conformation email shortly after. 

We aim to send your product the very next day but sometimes this may take 24-48 hours.

Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive a confirmation shipping email with the tracking number and information to track your order. 

You can choose options for standard shipping or express shipping at checkout. 

Once you have placed your order you have entered the wrong shipping or email address please contact us at info@brondie.com.au with your order number so we can try and help.

Unfortunately if the order has already been dispatched we at Brondie Haircare are not liable for this mistake. 

All orders details must be placed in English Language only. 

We ship with Australia post Australia Wide, USA, UK and Canada. 

Australia postage we offer Free standard Shipping for orders over $80.  For orders under this value will be $10 fee. 
Express Shipping Australia wide $15 

For USA, UK, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM, NORTH AMERICA standard shipping $28USD for orders under $500 AUD

NZ & OCEANIA standard shipping for orders $40-80AUD will be $23AUD and orders $81-300AUD will be $35AUD
