Refund policy
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@brondiehaircare within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. Please note that refund will only be offered to you for a legitimate reason. Not smelling right is not a legitimate reason.Â
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Brondie Haircare pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, Please take a picture and send us an email along with your picture. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact our customer care team at info@brondie.com.au and include the following:
- Your order confirmation number in the subject line;
- Your full name in the email;
- Description of how your order arrived;
- Attach photos of the product and postal box.
We will use these details to find your order, respond to your request and process your return accordingly, if eligible.
 All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.Â
If your product was discounted unit or set package, you will not receive a FULL price refund. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to what you purchased it for. Â
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@brondie.com.au.  We will review and verify whether you are eligible for a replacement or where applicable a refund and provide instructions accordingly via email.Â
